MISSION
We are committed to excellence as we strive to offer low and moderate income residents an opportunity to improve their quality of life, facilitate neighborhood revitalization, and help strengthen family and community.

HDRI is a locally based, HUD Certified non-profit originally established by Hall County and the City of Gainesville to provide no-cost homebuyer and debt management education to our community. There are no hidden products or costs to the participant. All services are funded through grants, donations and government assistance.
